Minjie Machinery is the Pioneer & Innovator of China’s Vacuum Belt Dryer Industry. Founded in 1998, Shanghai Minjie Machinery Co., Ltd. specializes in research, manufacturing, sales of pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical and biotechnology machinery. Located in Qinggang Industrial Park in Shanghai.
Shanghai Minjie covers an area of 25,000 ㎡, with 22,600 ㎡building area, the total assets reach US$ 16 million. More than 190 staff including 8 senior engineers, 22 engineers and 28 senior and medium technicians in Shanghai Minjie engage in research, manufacturing and sales of advanced low temperature vacuum belt dryer &high efficiency vacuum evaporator & powder sterilizer. Minjie has 5 patents of invention, 16 patents of utility models. The developed vacuum belt dryer gained Shanghai High tech Achievements certificate, Shanghai Trustworthy Service Enterprise Federation, Shanghai Science and Technology Award, and relevant other honors. In the past 20 years, Minjie has supplied 600 sets of vacuum belt dryer equipment for 500 clients . Working hard to overcome the technical difficulties of equipment in the pharmaceutical, biology,food, fine chemical and other industries. To ensure the stability of product quality, Minjie adopts imported and advanced processing equipment: automatic argon arc machine, automatic laser welder, automatic laser cutter, automatic polisher, CNC machining center and so on. Minjie strictly check each process of equipment manufacturing, and has gained ISO9001 quality management system’s certification and the EU CE certification.
We set up low temperature drying, concentration and sterilization equipment test lab and provide free test services for clients who are interested in our equipment.
