Drying Process of Mango Puree/Juice

Under high vacuum condition, mango puree/juice is continuously distributed evenly on the conveyor belt , then the material is dried through the heating area, and then is cooled and  finally discharged.  In the whole drying process, the material is treated in a high vacuum, low temperature state,thus can mostly preserve the material properties, and obtain high quality final products.
