At the beginning of March, 2022, Shanghai Minjie Machinery Company has organized Spring conference, president of Minjie company Mr. WeiJun TAN delivered his speech. The meeting consisted of 3 topics:

Mr. Tan has reviewed the sales of last year, which has realized the target number, by the increasing demand from China and overseas, he expects the sales for 2022 will go up 3 times than 2021.

Shanghai Minjie has always considered talent cultivation is the key element of the company’s development and progress, there are more than 200 staff including 8 senior engineers, 2 engineers and 28 senior and medium-skilled technicians, whom have made their effort on the expansion of the company. This year the new directors from production, after-sales and purchasing department have been pointed, the new management level is with rich experiences, they are responsible and fully prepared.
Mission for 2022
Since the establishment in 1998, Minjie company has developed continuously and rapidly. In the past 20 years, Minjie has provided more than 500 clients with
over 700 sets of vacuum dryers and evaporators. Specializing in R&D and manufacturing vacuum belt dryer, low
temperature evaporator, high-salt or high-concentration wastewater
treatment equipment for industries of pharmacy, chemical,
environmental protection, fermentation, food, new material, and
projects of energy-saving reformation, etc.
The mission of 2022, Minjie is going to pay more attention on:
- Management reformation:
Introduce advanced management mode and perfect the management team. Training institutions will come into the company and have team trained more professionally, implement the planing and duty system, and improve the performance assessment.
- Expand the sales team and set up three sales divisions:
Vacuum belt dryer and evaporator for food
Vacuum belt dryer and evaporator for chemical
Vacuum belt dryer and evaporator for energy
- Innovation
First Chinese Vacuum Belt Dryer for Liquid for Paste developed by Minjie in 1999
Developed Vacuum Dryer for Powder and Particle in 2004
Evaporator R&D dept established in 2010
New factory came into service in 2013
Sterilizer R&D department established in 2018
Phase II factory design completed in 2019
Annual VBD Sales 105 sets in 2020
Energy efficient evaporator received plenty of orders last year, as it’s energy saving and environmental friendly. This year new orders have been placed continuously. Energy efficient evaporator is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and environmental protection industries.
