Due to the strong temperature control of the vacuum belt dryer, it is more suitable for the drying of malt extract more than 75% solid content. From the initial foaming of raw material feeding to the final cake-like discharge, the color always maintains the original light yellow color of material without affecting the quality due to high temperature. Usually, the vacuum belt dryer can directly use steam heating for the drying of malt extract. The heating temperature is 145, and the cooling section is 40℃. However, in fact, in the vacuum chamber with a negative pressure of 0.1MPa, the actual evaporation temperature the material is between 30-60 degrees, which can fully play the drying efficiency of each square of the equipment while ensuring the product quality. The dried block material is crushed into powder with a particle size of 60-80 mesh by an online crushing system, realizing the process of continuously feeding liquid and continuously discharging dry powder under vacuum.
