The original goat/cow/camel milk are thin and low concentration, if it is to be dried directly,the production cost( including equipment investment and energy consumption) will rise a lot.So usually there are 2 wise steps to make dairy milk products.
1.First step:Low-temperature Concentration.
Minjie’evaporator, is featured with low temperature and high vacuum concentration. As the raw material is treated in such environment, the original color and nutrients will be mostly preserved, meeting human nutritional intake requirement.
2.Second step :Low-temperature Drying.
Minjie’s drying machine, is a new drying technology of continuous feed and discharge , through it, the material can be concentrated , dried and cooled under low temperature and high vacuum , thus it can mostly preserve the original color and nutrients of the raw material , and it is especially suitable for drying dairy milk products,such as the common cow’s milk, goat’s milk, horse’s milk and other fresh milk, they can be concentrated and dried into milk powder, yogurt, condensed milk, cheese.
In the whole drying process, the material is treated in a high vacuum(-0.098Mpa), low temperature(low to 20℃) state,also the drying temperature can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the material, thus can mostly preserve the material properties, and obtain high quality final products.
Other materials such as fish protein extract,soy lecithin, red date,sorbic acid, instant tea ,instant coffee can also be treated like this.
